Meris Online Store Return Policy: We’re confident you’ll love your Meris product, however if you need to return one of our products please email [wpml_mailto email=”email@example.com”]Meris Support[/wpml_mailto]. We offer a 15-day money back guarantee (less the shipping cost). Please contact us within 15 days of the original purchase date to receive an RMA number. After you receive the RMA number and shipping instructions, please ship the return back to us via a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx. Returned products must be returned in as-new condition in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving an RMA number. In the case of abuse or wear, Meris reserves the right to deny the return.
Limited Warranty: Meris, LLC warranties our electronic products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. If the product fails before the warranty period has ended, Meris, LLC will repair or replace it at our discretion at no cost to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty does not cover loss, theft or damage by misuse, abuse, modification or natural disasters. Meris, LLC will not be held liable for any damages that result from the failure of this product which include but are not limited to: damage to other equipment, lost monies, and damages due to the inability to use the product. Meris, LLC will in no case be liable for any amount exceeding the purchase price. International customers should contact the authorized dealer which the product was originally purchased at. Original proof of purchase is required for warranty repair.
Shipping: We ship products in the USA via USPS Priority. International shipments ship via USPS Priority International. International customers are responsible for any and all VAT and/or customs fees in their respective territory.
Preorders: Any preordered products are subject to changes in features before shipment. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Meris, LLC. Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed but all reasonable efforts will be made to honor the estimated ship date stated with preordered products.
